Biokosmes now has a 12000 square meters total surface of which  5500 are covered and it is provided with 6 vacuum turbo emulsifiers for  production from 25kg  to 3000 kg per lot and a 4000 kg mixer for a total capacity of about 10000 kg of semi-finished products per day.

The eight filling and packaging lines allow to fill bottles, jars, sachets and tubes in aluminum and polyethylene for a total capacity of 100000 pieces of finished product per day.

Biokosmes is provided with Quality Control laboratories to check the  incoming goods, the process controls  and the finished products ; in our  microbiological laboratory  we perform microbiology analysis such as total microbial counts, pathogens search and challenge test.
