ABOUT US
We are an Italian CDMO Company, with more than 40 years of experience in R&D and manufacturing, specialized in Cosmetics and Medical Devices.
Biokosmes was founded in 1983 as a cosmetic production laboratory for Braguti’s pharmacy shop in Lecco (near Milan). Today Biokosmes presents itself as one of the reference companies at European level for the study, development and implementation of projects in the area of Skin Care and Medical Devices. We offer a full service: from the concept definition of the product to formula development and, finally, packaging.
Biokosmes is part of Venture Life Group PLC, a group based in Bracknell, UK and listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
VISION
The aim of Biokosmes is to be a leading company in the Italian and international OTC market, recognized for its innovation and service level. Biokosmes bases its success on the passion and commitment of its working team, along with a partnership strategy with its suppliers and customers.
MISSION
“To create a company based on the passion to design and manufacture cosmetics and medical devices, fully integrated with all its stakeholders and aligned with its core values, that will last even beyond my lifetime.”
- Gianluca Braguti, founder and CEO of Biokosmes.

OUR STAFF IN NUMBERS
We are more than 100 enthusiasts who work hard to offer you the best quality. This is how we are distributed:
“Over the past twenty years, the Company has grown by seeking out excellent professionals in the sector, who bring new skills and points of view to the organization. But I must recognize the value of the many collaborators who have been with us since we were a handful of people with a lot of dedication and flexibility. It makes me proud to know that many of them reach and celebrate 15, 20 or 30 years of Biokosmes. In fact, the daughter of our first employee still works with us. If today's highly rotating job market must necessarily focus heavily on the training of professionals, a heritage of culture and knowledge of work like ours must be preserved as much as possible.”
