WHISTLEBLOWING – REPORTING MISCONDUCT
Welcome to our reporting channel
You can use our internal reporting channel, or whistleblowing function, to report suspected misconduct and violations within our organization.
The purpose of our whistleblowing function is to provide a better opportunity to disclose various forms of misconduct, as well as to offer greater protection to the whistleblower. We guarantee that your case and identity will be treated confidentially. You are also protected against any retaliation.
What can be reported?
When submitting a report, you must have reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is true at the time of reporting.
The aim of the reporting channel is to prevent and detect fraud and corruption, illegal activities, and non-compliance with regulations across various areas. It may also concern illegal, unethical, or harmful activities that could negatively impact others. For example:
-
Financial crime and fraud
-
Corruption and bribery
-
Environmental crimes or health and safety risks
-
Deliberate violations of the law
Misconduct does not necessarily have to be current or ongoing—it can also refer to past misconduct.
This service is not intended for expressing dissatisfaction with working conditions, organizational issues, management, or workplace conflicts. Reports that concern only the whistleblower or their personal work situation are generally not considered whistleblowing cases.
Your report
Your report should include the following information:
-
The type of irregularity you wish to report
-
Where it occurred
-
When it occurred (please provide date and time, and indicate if it is recurring)
-
Any documentation available, in any format. If not accessible, but you know it exists, specify the type and where it can be found
-
Details of any other actions taken in relation to the irregularity
⚠️ Important: Please read and understand the content of the “Data Confidentiality” link before submitting your report. Do not include personal data that is not strictly relevant to the report. If such data is submitted, we reserve the right to delete it without notice.
External reporting
It is also possible to report irregularities to external competent authorities that can receive and follow up on whistleblowing cases and provide feedback. Where applicable, reports may also be submitted to EU institutions, bodies, and agencies. Contact information for each country is available via the “External Reporting” link.
Anonymous or confidential reporting
You can choose between anonymous reporting or providing your name and contact details when submitting a report.
If you choose anonymous reporting, your identity will remain completely hidden unless you voluntarily provide personal information. There is no obligation to disclose your personal data.
If you choose confidential reporting, you must provide your name and, optionally, your contact details. This option may be required by some organizations and can facilitate investigations and necessary follow-up actions. Appropriate measures will be taken to protect your identity and the information provided, in accordance with whistleblower protection laws.
